Cancellation Policy
Cancellations or reschedules made within 24 hours of your appointment will be charged 50% of the service total. I understand that life happens. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please reach out as soon as possible. Communication is always appreciated. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, due to scheduling constraints I may no longer be able to accommodate the service. In that case, the appointment will need to be rescheduled and the cancellation fee will apply. No-show/ No-call will be required to pay a 50% deposit (half of service) to book service again.
