Intensive Foot + Calf Therapy
This one hour therapeutic session is designed for tired, sore feet and calves. Treatment focuses on relieving tension, improving circulation, and supporting recovery through targeted massage techniques. May include deep tissue massage, medicinal botanical soothing balm, warm stone therapy, gua sha for the feet and calves, percussive muscle therapy, and optional silicone cup therapy as appropriate. This service does not include nail care or polish and is strictly therapeutic. Ideal for clients who spend long hours standing, training, or experiencing chronic foot and calf tension. (Not recommended for acute injuries, open wounds, or active infections. Please inform therapist of any medical conditions prior to booking.)
